Population crowdSEMCOG produces estimates of population and households for every county and community in the seven-county SEMCOG region.  These estimates are provided on an annual and monthly basis.

Annual Reports
Annual reports of population and household estimates in Southeast Michigan provide tables and discussion of changes in the region's population and household size, as well as a synopsis of the methodology used to produce the estimates.

Monthly Estimates
Monthly population and household estimates reflect current trends in Southeast Michigan's basic demographics.  Please note that SEMCOG makes occasional adjustments to the monthly estimates as new demographic data about the region becomes available and is incorporated into the estimation process.
